Beacon Light's Residential Treatment Facilities include:

Bradford Campus

The Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) in Bradford consists of eight beautiful group homes located in the community.  Eight children reside in each home.

There are a total of 64 beds, 40 for males, and 24 for females. The RTF offers young people with behavioral health problems a structured environment within a natural setting.

Providing 24-hour awake supervision, direct care staff are trained to nurture and encourage while at the same time setting appropriate limits. The group home setting is ideal for children who have not been successful responding to treatment provided in their home or school, and who require the structure and supervision of an out-of-home placement.

Mental Retardation/Development Disability Services by Ramsbottom Center

Through Ramsbottom Center, Beacon Light is able to provide long term, residential care for indivuals with mental retardation and/or developmental disabilities.  Individuals are given guidance and support while living in a “home-like” environment that is best able to suit their special needs.

Addtionally, Beacon Light operates multiple supervised community waiver homes. Residents hold jobs in the community and are functioning semi-independently in their home.

The Center’s Adult Day Services (ADS) program provided training and skill development opportunities for residents Monday through Friday of each week.
