Typical Positions Available:
Part-Time Therapeutic Support Staff: Provide one-on-one intervention
both in-school and in the home in the McKean, Cameron, Elk, Warren and Forest County
areas. Minimum qualifications include an Associate's degree or 60 credits
towards a Bachelor's degree, and 3 years experience in paid work involving direct
contact with children or adolescents.
Full-time Residential Counselors: Responsible for working directly
with the clients in our Residential Programs. College degree and prior experience
preferred but not required.
Master's Level Therapists: Responsible for providing counseling
to agency clients in our community, foster care, and residential programs. Successful
Applicants must have a Master's Degree in counseling or arelated field.

Paid Holidays: The seven paid holidays are: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, & Christmas Day.
Paid Sick Leave: A full-time employee is eligible for sick leave with pay on the basis of 1.25 days for each full month of employment. The maximum accumulation of sick time is 130 days.
Medical Insurance: The agency provides all eligible employees with Health Insurance Coverage, with the employer contributing 80% of the monthly premium, and the employee contributing the balance of 20%. All contributions are pre-tax through the agency section 125 pre-tax plan.
Dental/Vision Coverage available
Flexible Spending Account: With the pre-tax Flexible Spending Account, eligible staff may establish a pre-tax savings account to cover all eligible medical and dependent care costs.
Life and Accidential Death & Dismemberment Insurance: provided at no cost to full-time employees. Benefit amount is twice employee's annual salary.
Long Term Disability Insurance: provided at no cost to all full time employees. Benefit is 60% of employee's salary after 180 day waiting period.
Pension: The agency offers all full-time employees the option to establish a Tax Deferred Annuity Pension Plan (403B). Agency contributions become available after 2 years of employment at an agency-to-employee match of 2:1 (for each $1 employee contributes agency contributes $2), subject to the limitations set forth in the contribution schedule as outlined in the agency pension plan document.
Education Benefit: The agency encourages and supports ongoing education. Reimbursement is available for eligible full-time staff; subject to eligibility criteria and availability of educational funds. Those awarded educational funding will receive 100% of all education-related expenses, in the form of a loan, which will then be waived at the rate of 25% for each year the employee remains employed for up to 4 years.
